Why Hill of Beans Exists:
I started roasting coffee because I love it. Plain and simple.

When the friend who used to roast my coffee stopped, I figured it was a good excuse to learn how to do it myself. What I didn’t expect was how much deeper my appreciation for coffee would become.

Roasting has helped me understand the beans, the process, and the people behind every cup. Hill of Beans is my way of sharing what I’m learning and offering coffee I’m genuinely excited about.
