Three generations of the Adolfo family have been growing Bourbon on the slopes of El Salvador's Santa Ana Volcano since 1949. The final quality sort on every batch is done by 10 women who are heads of their households — that level of care is hard to fake. Semi-washed and slow-dried on raised beds, this Bourbon is all sweetness: butterscotch, caramel, honey, and a silky heavy body with clean citrus in the finish. Versatile from light to dark, and exceptional in espresso. Best results in light to medium roast.
The Colombian Supremo is the cup you come back to on a Tuesday morning when you don't want a flavor adventure — you just want something rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying. Toasted walnut and chocolate up front, a caramel finish, low acidity, and a medium-full body that works with any brew method you throw at it. Screen 17/18 grade beans roasted to medium-dark, because that's where the magic is. Not flashy. Just really, really good.
Grown in the volcanic soils of Bali's Kintamani Highlands, this certified organic bean is hand-picked, wet-hulled, and sun-dried on raised beds. Aroma of strawberry and tropical fruit, with flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and gentle spice. Thick, syrupy body that shines light or dark — a rare bean that rewards experimenting with your roast. Best results in medium to dark roast.
